RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Cabana order, however we know some things don’t work out. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you have 7 days to notify us on [email protected] from the date of receipt. You will have a further 14 days to send your item back after receiving a response from us.

Any personalized or custom orders, antiques, and sale items are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

1. Email us on [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for return

2. We will reply to you with a return label.

3. Package your order securely and drop it off at any UPS centre. Please note:

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

4. Your order will be refunded to your original payment method (minus the return delivery costs) as soon as we have received it.
